- Processing vendor invoices, travel claims, SPOTS payments and certificates of participation
- Invoicing DAS and other state and non-state agencies
- Setting up accounts receivable
- Preparing federal and statewide distributions for cities, counties and state agencies
- Recording receipts and monies
